In-Home Orphan Sponsorship  Whenever possible, it is ideal for children to be raised in families in their own home village. As His Cherished Ones, we want to help make that possible for a few precious children that have been orphaned. Because of the extreme hardships most Kenyan families face every day, the idea of adding one more mouth to feed, body to clothe, or mind to educate seems absolutely overwhelming and most are unwilling to step up to the task. By paying school fees, buying clothes, and supplementing caretaking families to help feed the children we help ease the trauma of an orphaned child by making it possible for them to remain near their home, often times with family members. This area of ministry allows us great opportunity to get into the home, build relationships and share the love of Christ with these families. They begin to see a picture of the Lord as their Jehovah Jireh, the ultimate Provider of all things.
